• Why can't I find the app on the App Store or Play Store?

  The Real World Portal app has been removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Until the app becomes available again on both platforms, you will have to use the alternatives we have provided.

• How do I get the app for iOS?

  Add the web application as an app to your home screen:

  1. Open Safari on your iPhone.
  2. Navigate to the login page.
  3. Click the share icon (square with arrow up).
  4. Scroll down and select ‘Add to Home Screen’ and click ‘Add’.
  5. Find the app on your home screen and log in as usual.
• How do I get the app for Android?

  Add the web application as an app to your home screen:

  1. Open Google Chrome on your Android phone.
  2. Navigate to the login page.
  3. Click the menu (three dots icon) on the right-hand side.
  4. Select ‘Add to Home screen’ and click ‘Add’.
  5. Find the app on your home screen and log in as usual.
• Can I access the app without an account?

  It is not possible to access the learning application without the combination of a user account and active subscription. You can sign up or renew your subscription on the checkout page.

  When renewing a subscription for an existing account, ensure you enter your current account email address. If you have any further questions, you can always contact us.
